TIM HAMONS Graphic Facilitator and Visual Thinking Consultant

Tim Hamons is passionate about creative thinking and has developed a unique visual style to transform business communications into powerful and compelling visual stories. He is also passionate about creative living including singing, laughter, improvisation, deep listening, being in nature. In his talk, he will share his journey into creativity, as well as challenges and lessons learned along the way while pursuing his passion.

Kelvin is the man behind Zest Academy, the group that has bagged numerous awards including SMEs Asia Award 2013/2014. Kelvin is also Senior Group District Director at PropNex, leading PropNex’s largest group of top-performing real estate agents (close to 2000 of them).

Elim Chew is the Founder of 77th Street (S) Pte Ltd, the leading youth and young adults streetwear fashion and accessories retail chain in Singapore with 7 local outlets, and a shopping mall in Beijing, 77th Street Plaza. An advocate for social entrepreneurship in Singapore, Elim currently sits on over 20 boards and committees of public service, youth and community organizations.

Martin Tan is a motivational speaker and leadership trainer and one of 40 Certified Master Facilitators in the world for The Leadership Challengeᄅ and one of only 7 in Asia. Martin was awarded The Outstanding Young Person Award in 2007 and conferred the Singapore Youth Award, Singapore's highest accolade for youth, in July 2013.

Terence Quek is an entrepreneur, community activist, and mentor. Armed with a passion for mentoring start-ups and young leaders, he holds key voluntary positions at SAFRA Youth Network, SAFRA Punggol Clubhouse Development Committee, South West CDC, and Project Happy Feet. For his humanitarian and voluntary leadership, he was awarded The Outstanding Young Person Award in 2009. In his free time, he loves to draw, travel, and enjoy kopi-o with friends

PAMELA HO Co-founder of Halogen Foundation

 

Pamela Ho is a full-time writer who travels. She is a former journalist, having worked as a magazine Deputy Editor, a radio DJ and a TV Producer. In 2011, she took a year off to travel the world and publish a book. Her passion is in giving voice to people and issues, especially with regards to women empowerment.

CASEY SUBRAMANIAM  Producer, Song Writer, Arranger, Musician

 

A multi-talented musician in high demand locally and internationally, Casey has performed for many artistes including Tribal Tide, Wang Lee Hom and Stefanie Sun, played at international and local music festivals such as the Asian Music Festival and Mosaic Jazz Festival; and recorded for J.J Lin, Michael Veerapan and Amei. Casey has his own band called M.I.G.

TZE TOH Film Composer, Jazz Pianist, Music Director & Creator

 

Award-winning composer-pianist Tze Toh composes for film, contemporary dance, and created Singapore's unique Asia fusion ensemble Tze n Looking Glass Orchestra. He has created music for film makers Royston Tan, Phil Mitchell, Discovery channel, Youth Olympics 2010, and performed for international festivals such as Indonesia Music Expo (IMEX), ASEAN Jazz Festival, Edinburgh Fringe Festival. His works have been performed in South America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

ONG YE KUNG  Director of Group Strategy, Keppel Corporation

 

Ye Kung is a strategist by profession and a unionist at heart. He championed initiatives for workers when he was helming the Work Development Agency and continued the cause when he joined NTUC.  He was a member of the PAP team which contested at Aljunied GRC in the 2011 General Election. He continues to serve as a community volunteer after the elections.

Yen Ching is an exemplary teacher and educator. Her passion in education led her to pioneer the trail-blazing Northlight Secondary School, and transformed it into a leading school for students with difficulties handling the academic mainstream curriculum. In recognition of her outstanding contributions to education, she was awarded the Public Administration Bronze/Silver Medal in 2000/2007 respectively.

RAVINDER SINGH  Deputy President ST Electronics

 

MG(Retd) Ravinder Singh served as Chief of Army, Singapore Armed Forces from 2011 to 2014.

He retired in 2009 to serve as Deputy Secretary(Technology) in the Ministry of Defence from 2009 to 2011 before he was recalled to active duty to lead the Singapore Army in 2011. During his tenure, the Singapore Army introduced soldier centric engagement and focused on strengthening public engagement by using social media and bringing the Army to public.

DANIEL YUN  Film Maker

 

A film producer, marketeer, media practitioner, educator, life coach, columnist, Daniel's illustrious career over the last three decades saw him helm marketing organizations, hold leading positions in the Radio and TV stations, found film companies (MediaCorp Raintree Pictures, Homerun Pictures, Blue3 Pictures, ACT Academy), produce and distribute over 30 film titles. He is currently producing the SG50 movie "1965".

LOO ZIHAN  Artist and Educator

 

Zihan specialised in filmmaking as an undergraduate at NTU, and was the pioneer batch of students graduating from the School of Art, Design and Media in 2005. After graduating as valedictorian from his cohort, he went on to Chicago to pursue a Masters in Fine Art. Since 2012, he has been teaching part-time at the School of the Arts, Singapore. He believes in speaking his mind and following his heart, and hopes to share that passion with his students.

Jason's career was launched after winning the BBC Young Conductors Workshop in 2002 and since then he has been conducting orchestras all over the world. Jason shares his passion through his music making and has been a presenter, judge and expert in programs on BBC TV. Jason believes simply that music is life and life is music, and that understanding this has been a fascinating and wonderful journey.
